During this time, he founded several companies and start-ups - most recently in the HR tech sector. He has built up in-depth expertise at the interface of people, technology and communication through over 100 SME projects. Particularly in the areas of SMEs, AI, HR and the targeted use of videos in HR, he knows how to create and effectively implement innovative solutions. His extensive knowledge, coupled with creativity and energy, enables him to quickly develop practical solutions and drive sustainable change.
