What do you see as the biggest challenge for 2025?

I believe the biggest challenge in 2025 will be how companies manage the transformation into the age of AI. AI is bringing an incredible boost in productivity, and organizations that don't adapt quickly—recruiting included—will fall behind. It’s not just about using new tools, but about rethinking entire processes and mindsets.

What has been the biggest professional challenge for you so far?

The toughest professional challenge I’ve faced was developing a startup into a stable and solid company. That journey demands resilience, flexibility, and constant learning. It’s about building not just a product, but a sustainable culture and structure behind it.

What do you use to motivate yourself and your team?

We’re all driven by a clear, shared vision: “Videos. Made. Simple.” Everyone on the team understands the challenge we’re tackling, and we approach it together. Trust and appreciation are key values in how we work—we support each other, communicate openly, and celebrate small wins along the way.

What is your opinion on AI? Is it taking away from recruiters' jobs? Where can you add value in recruitment selection?

AI won’t take away recruiting jobs. It will help us focus on what truly matters—the essential, the impactful, the human side of recruiting. Those who think otherwise haven’t fully understood its potential yet. One of the biggest changes is how we communicate. Candidates now expect transparency and authenticity. This is where employee-generated videos can be incredibly valuable—they make companies real and relatable.

What are some recruitment challenges you would highlight specifically in your country/region?

A major challenge is adapting to the shift in candidate expectations. In our region, job seekers are looking for more honest communication and want to feel connected to the company before they even apply. Standing out in a crowded market means showing real people and real culture—not just polished job ads.

What goals does your team work towards on a daily basis?

Our daily goal is simple yet powerful: make it as easy as possible for companies to create authentic video content that attracts the right talent. We focus on simplifying the process, keeping it human, and staying aligned with our mission to help companies communicate better through video.
