Since 2000 at Antal International, a leading provider of permanent recruitment, HR consulting, and outsourcing solutions in the CEE region, holding the position of its Managing Director since 2004.
He has positioned Antal as a leader on the Polish market, expanded its team, opened regional offices in Wrocław, Poznań, Kraków, and Gdańsk, and broadened services to include HR Consulting, Market Research, Employer Branding, and RPA. In 2013, he became President of the Management Board, driving the expansion of Antal into the Czech Republic and Slovakia and launching the Enloyd brand in Hungary.
