Gabriela Nita is the Human Resources Director of Up Romania, a service provider on the fringe benefits market, present in Romania for 20 years. With over 20 years of experience in HR, Gabriela has worked with companies in various industries, as an external consultant or internal specialist, implementing recruitment, training, coaching, teambuilding or performance assessment projects and always offering the best solution to external or internal clients. Gabriela graduated from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, with a PhD in Educational Sciences.
