I commenced my career at an executive search firm, acquiring expertise in talent sourcing. After four years in agency roles, I transitioned to in-house recruitment, specializing in IT. Throughout, I maintained a consultative approach, adapting to corporate recruitment practices. Joining my current employer in 2022 as an Active Sourcer, I supported operations in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Promoted to Team Lead, Recruitment, and Active Sourcing in 2023. I believe in data-driven recruitment, viewing AI as a supportive tool rather than a replacement for human involvement.
