As a consultant he has helped several large companies in Hungary and the region to reform their employee referral systems over the past 5 years. Radancy's referral platform complements the classic bonus-based reward system by encouraging and rewarding social media shares, using gamification tools, and taking companies referrals - typically 2nd or 3rd most successful recruitment channel - to a new level. In his projects, thanks to collaborative work with companies, he has managed to double the number of colleagues coming through referrals. As the dad of a really chatty little girl, spending time with his family is the most fulfilling for him. His free time is mainly taken up with travel, squash, books, coffee and cacti.
