What do you see as the biggest challenge for 2025?
We are all going to be expected to deliver more with the same or smaller human resources.
If you could give one piece of advice to the industry, what would it be?
Question the way you do everything. There are new and exciting ways to do so many things, yet in most cases we simply didn't find the time to question our existing processes because 'that's how we have always done it'.
What would be the one lesson you would share from 2024 based on your professional activities?
Technology alone is never going to be enough. You need to have personal brands connected to whatever you do. Tech can scale effects, but people are at the core. What has been the biggest professional challenge for you so far? Taking TRAFFIT to new markets. While I love learning each new country, it's culture, it's needs. Each one is different, and it's vital to take the time to know the differences of each one. Often it's like launching your business all over again from day 0.
What do you use to motivate yourself and your team?
Ownership. We give as much ownership as we can. I want the company success to be their success.
What are you preparing for recruiTECH CEE?
My goal for recruiTECH is to connect. While I hope to bring value as much as possible and insights from the Polish ecosystem, my goal is new relationships with people from all around Europe.
