If you could give one piece of advice to the industry, what would it be?

Focus on enhancing the candidate experience every step of the talent acquisition process, which starts with genuinely and authentically communicating your value proposition.

What economic outlook do you see for 2024? What are your expectations for the intellectual labour market?

Given Hungary’s reported low unemployment rate, we can expect a sustained high demand for skilled professionals, particularly in knowledge-intensive sectors such as Shared Service Centers.

What are some effective strategies for recruiting across multiple countries in the CEE region?

I’d like to highlight the importance of presenting a unified employer brand while tailoring a corporation’s value proposition to the local environment, ensuring it resonates with the specific talent market. This is a vital first step in crafting a successful employer branding strategy that will attract talent across the region.

What is the biggest thing you have achieved so far? What else would you like to achieve?

I have been intentionally identifying talent attraction strategies for both campus and experienced hires in various parts of the world, with the intention to adapt and implement these strategies successfully in other regions or countries, thereby amplifying their impact. As a cross-regional Talent Acquisition Manager, I am committed to continuing this approach.
