Data is critical—but so is interpretation. We’ve had the advantage of watching trends across six markets simultaneously, and it's the nuances that drive success.
A lesson from 2024?
Uniform strategies don’t survive in diverse markets. Our work across SEE proved that custom, local strategies deliver outsized results—when backed by shared structure.
Biggest professional challenge?
Operating at scale without losing the sharpness of a boutique approach. It’s not easy aligning six countries without slipping into generic thinking.
What motivates you and your team?
Autonomy and clarity. When teams understand the why and have the freedom to deliver the how, performance exceeds expectations.
