What do you see as the biggest challenge for 2025?
With the rise of AI-generated content, the biggest challenge on LinkedIn will be staying authentic. Employee ambassadors can help companies keep their voice real and relatable. By amplifying the voices of their colleagues, brands can stay human, build trust—and save significantly on traditional advertising. As winners of the Global Leaders in Employee Advocacy and Influence Training Award, we've observed firsthand that authentic voices dramatically outperform generic content. Our clients regularly share testimonials highlighting how amplifying genuine employee ambassadors not only builds unparalleled trust but also drives significant business outcomes and saves on advertising costs.
What should recruiters focus on in 2025?
Candidate experience.
People are much more vocal about how they’re treated during the hiring process. One bad interview story can turn into a major reputational risk. Recruiters who create a smooth, respectful process will stand out. With our extensive experience working alongside global brands such as EY, Lidl, Generali, and Henkel, we’ve witnessed how one positive candidate experience can rapidly enhance talent attraction and brand reputation.
If you could give one piece of advice to the industry, what would it be?
Integrate technology to amplify, not replace, your human touch. Our 15+ years in headhunting and advocacy training for top-tier global brands have proven that technology is best leveraged when it frees recruiters to focus on relationship-building—something no AI can replicate. Testimonials from our global clients consistently reinforce that blending strategic automation with authentic human interactions leads to unparalleled recruitment success.
What would be the one lesson you would share from 2024 based on your professional activities?
Action is the true driver of impact. Working with thousands of professionals worldwide, we continually see that straightforward, decisive actions in employee advocacy lead to outstanding results. The majority of employee advocacy projects take months to start. Our 10-hour framework emphasizes simplicity, clarity, and rapid implementation, enabling immediate, measurable success. The book we have written about this framework, The Magic of Employee Influence, was recommended in the official LinkedIn book club.
Is recruitment failing in the use of technology?
Not at all. We see many recruiters using tech in smart, human-focused ways. A solid ATS can be a game changer, and many more AI tools are already on the market. After 15+ years in headhunting, we remember the chaos of paper CVs and messy spreadsheets. Today’s tools allow recruiters to focus more on people and less on paperwork. Our expertise is LinkedIn, and talent acquisition teams we are working with globally are using it more than ever, including the AI features that are built in.
