Zoltán Szilágyi

I am the HR Director at Ibiden Hungary Kft., a Japanese-owned automotive supplier with nearly 1,600 employees, which was established in Dunavarsány in 2005. In addition to the 13-member Core HR team (HRBP team, compensation & benefits, training, payroll) and the 12-member Corporate Secretariat team (internal communications, CSR, interpreter team, expat management, car fleet).

I have been working as an HR manager in a multinational environment for over 25 years, primarily at manufacturing companies. In addition to HR leadership roles, I have held training and organizational development positions at the local, regional, and global levels. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology (MA), a professional certification in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and an MBA.

While maintaining stable and predictable HR operations, I am a committed advocate of strategic HR and organizational development. In my view, HR must support current business processes, for which openness, creativity, and change management methods are essential.
