He is the Managing Partner at HR Fabrika and co-founder of O.U.R. HR, a non-profit association dedicated to connecting, educating, and empowering the HR community in Serbia.
Nikola contributed to shaping the HR ecosystem as a member of the working group that drafted Serbia’s first Law on Agency Employment, HR Committee Chair at AmCham Serbia, and Board Member of the Swiss-Serbian Chamber of Commerce.
