Ensuring consistent delivery quality, speed, and client satisfaction across all projects
Tracking and improving key performance metrics (success rate, TTS, TTH, CRR, SoH)
Strengthening recruiter capability through structured L&D
Optimizing delivery workflows, ATS usage, and reporting systems for scalability
I stay hands-on in the work that started it all — interviewing candidates, advising clients, and helping recruiters grow into strategic partners.
