Estera Anghelescu is the Recruiting and Employer Branding Director at Kaufland Romania and Moldova, with over 20 years of experience. Thanks to her innovative projects, she was awarded the title of Global Employer Brand Leader of the Year by Kantar in 2022. Her passion for continuous development led her to pursue courses at prestigious institutions such as Harvard, MIT and Stanford. Since 2025, she has also served as the President of the Romanian Diversity Chamber of Commerce, committing herself to promoting inclusion in the labor market.
