Paul is an entrepreneur in digital technologies with extensive experience in cloud infrastructures, data centers, large-scale networks, high-level automation, and digital education, focused on how emerging technologies reshape society.
He began his entrepreneurial journey in high school, later co-founding DevAcademy in 2013 and Digital Nation in 2018–now one of Romaniațs leading organizations driving digital upskilling and non-formal education at scale. His work spans product portfolios exceeding 10 million euro annually, 200,000 learners and users, over 3 million euro attracted in funding, and two successful company exits.
Today, Paul works at the intersection of technology, human behaviour, and system-level transformation. His recent focus is on how AI can redefine learning pathways, enabling mass personalization, and creating educational experiences that were unimaginable only a few years ago.
Committed to responsible and inclusive innovation, he advocates for leveredging AI not to replace human educators, but to extend their capabilities and create new ways for people to access quality learning. His mission is to harness technology as a force of societal progress and to reimagine how education can meet the needs of the next decade.
