What trends do you see in HR technology over the next 3-5 years?

Over the next 3–5 years, HR technology will likely become more automated, streamlining administrative workflows and reducing the burden of routine tasks. Many processes will become more centralized and organized, improving efficiency. This shift will allow HR professionals to move beyond manual data entry and focus more on strategic decision-making and supporting organizational development.

 

What is your opinion on AI? Is it taking away from recruiters’ jobs? Where can you add value in recruitment selection?

AI should be seen as an ally rather than a threat to recruiters. One of the main challenges in recruitment today is the large amount of repetitive work and the difficulty of efficiently matching the right candidates to the right roles. This is exactly the problem that Headcount.work addresses—by using intelligent automation to reduce administrative tasks and improve the accuracy of candidate–job matching based on qualifications and skills. This allows recruiters to focus on what truly adds value: human judgment, understanding team dynamics, and making informed hiring decisions.

At the same time, similar challenges exist at business events, where participants often struggle to connect with the most relevant people among many attendees. Fivras solves this through AI-powered matchmaking between attendees, making it faster and easier to identify the right people to exchange ideas with and explore business opportunities.

If you had to highlight one thing that sets your product apart from others, what would it be?

What sets our product apart is its vision of becoming a true one-stop shop for the entire employee lifecycle—from hire to retire. It simplifies HR processes by facilitating candidate matchmaking, enabling quick and candidate-friendly interview scheduling, and centralizing employee document management. In addition, the platform is easily customizable and integrates seamlessly with different job platforms, creating a more efficient and flexible HR ecosystem.

Based on past years and feedback from your clients, what is the greatest strength of your team?

Our greatest strength is our strong focus on customer feedback and our ability to adapt quickly to evolving client needs. We actively listen to our customers and continuously refine our solutions to respond to their changing requirements.

What are you preparing for recruiTECH CEE 2026?

At recruiTECH CEE 2026, we’re preparing to introduce attendees to a simpler approach to candidate management and employee experience with Headcount.work.  Visitors will have the opportunity to test our product firsthand and take part in small challenges where they can win prizes.

In addition, we will invite them to try a fully digital networking application designed to help participants quickly find the most relevant people at the event to exchange ideas and explore business opportunities, with our networking application, Fivras.
