What trends do you see in HR technology over the next 3-5 years?
I think that in HR we will see the increased use of AI to combat the use of AI. Right now the adoption rate of AI in recruitment is higher for candidates and employees, then TA departments. Therefore HR will need to adapt to match the increased number of AI applications and even employees using AI in internal processes.
What is your opinion on AI? Is it taking away from recruiters’ jobs? Where can you add value in recruitment selection?
I believe that AI has taken big steps since last year, and now it’s the ideal partner for recruiters, but for behind the scenes work. Creating plans, strategies, checking industry standards, making data reports. It’s amazing. However I believe the human side must stay human. Contact with candidates should be as organic as possible.
If you had to highlight one thing that sets your product apart from others, what would it be?
The answer will always be the team. Features come and go, but we always have hired the team members who turn a product into a solution. They are unique and no other provider can replicate that our team. They go the extra mile to help our customers hire the right people, fast.
Based on past years and feedback from your clients, what is the greatest strength of your team?
We have always offered support outside of the product. We are not there to help reset passwords. The team are also keeping our customers up to date with the latest trends and challenges. We often offer support and advice that is not related at all to our actual technology.
