Neele studied economics and founded his first video production start-up while still at school. This was followed in 2019 during his studies by the founding of the corporate video platform Mozaik, which automates video production in companies and is now already used in over 170 companies such as IU Careers, Deutsche Bahn, Vodafone and Lufthansa. Neele has built up a high level of expertise, particularly in the area of employer branding with videos.
