Eldar Banjica is the Managing Director of Manpower SEE. He was part of Mplus for many years, within the BPTO vertical of BOSQAR INVEST, and played a key role in several companies that later joined the group.
Throughout his career, Eldar has led numerous successful projects, including serving as the founder and former CEO of Trizma and Geomant. In addition, he has held senior leadership positions at NF Innova, Saga, and Avaya/Lucent Technologies.
With a strong background in business development and leadership across the technology and BPO sectors, Eldar brings experience that aligns closely with the strategic ambitions of Manpower SEE.
