Estera Anghelescu is the Recruiting and Employer Branding Director at Kaufland Romania and Moldova, with over 20 years of experience. Thanks to her innovative projects, she was awarded the title of Global Employer Brand Leader of the Year by Kantar in 2022. Her passion for continuous development led her to pursue courses at prestigious institutions such as Harvard, MIT and Stanford.
