Ivan Tomko

Ivan Tomko is the Director of EMEA Talent Acquisition at Lenovo, based in Slovakia. With extensive experience in talent acquisition and a proven track record in driving recruitment strategies across the EMEA region, Ivan is passionate about fostering diversity and inclusion within the workplace. Before joining Lenovo, Ivan held key roles at IBM, where he successfully led various talent acquisition initiatives and contributed to the company’s growth and innovation. He is also the Vice-chair of the Business Service Center Forum (BSCF) at the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham), where he advocates for the growth and innovation of the BSC sector in Slovakia.
