Dina Gruber is a seasoned talent acquisition professional passionate about connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities. At Infobip, she drives strategic, data-informed recruitment initiatives on a global scale and supports the organization in attracting and selecting its future leaders. She has extensive experience in executive search, designing and facilitating leadership assessment centres, and leading large-scale recruitment projects, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
She holds a Master of Business in Human Resource Management from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Service Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
The project in question is the Infobip Leadership Blueprint, a data-driven project to define the competencies, values, and behaviors that support effective leadership in our company. We are combining insights from a recognized leadership assessment tool, applied to our top-performing leaders, with results from culture-based leadership surveys to build a profile that reflects both strong performance and our culture. This profile will be used in external recruitment and succession planning to bring more consistency and objectivity to leadership hiring. The outcome will be a clear framework that supports HR and hiring managers in selecting and developing leaders for the future.
