Paula Frese is a customer experience expert with a keen eye for processes and people management. She has worked in the market research business from the UK and the Netherlands for many organisations in Europe, helping them to improve their customer experience/operational excellence. 2.5 years ago, she joined PostNL as a (freelance) Process specialist in Recruitment and is now heading up the department since the beginning of 2024.
As a Recruitment process team, we are working on 4 pillars:
1. Conversion: increase the number of (qualitative) hires
2. Process improvements: providing the recruiters with the right tools and software to enable them to work effectively and efficiently
3. Quality: improve the candidate experience across the entire journey
4. Innovation: work smarter, digitalise and work on a progressive reputation for PostNL recruitment
In the second half of 2022 we learned about Scotty AI and saw this as an opportunity to contribute to the above pillars. We have implemented Charlie, the digital recruiter of PostNL, into our way of working in 2023 and will continue to develop over the course of 2024.
