You will be able to take any idea, turn it into a plan and drive actual change using the Recruiting Excellence Methodology. Will will start the session with taking a mini assessment to understand how to assess your own TA function and how to think about improvement. Next we will turn an idea into an actionable plan using scoping cards and explain how to execute your plan next to your normal day to day activities.
